District Nutrition Services

In accordance with state law EVERY student entering 7th grade must provide proof of a Tdap immunization.  Verification of this required immunization must be received prior to your student registering for 7th grade in late August.  You may submit this verification at anytime prior to registration.  If your child has already received the immunization, please provide proof to the health office or you may attach a copy to the course selection paperwork.  Please call the Health office at 760-331-6190 if you have questions or need to confirm if you previously submitted proof of the immunization. If your child is missing additional required  immunizations you will be contacted individually.

Drop Dates and Procedure for advanced English and Accelerated Math Course

Students have the opportunity to drop advanced English or accelerated Math courses. If dropped, students will be transferred into their grade level common core class.

If this change is needed, please email the appropriate school counselor before the deadlines below. Requests that are made after the deadlines will not be granted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your student in a class, please contact the teacher.

Drop Deadline Dates:

1st semester drop date: September 15, 2017

2nd semester drop date: February 7, 2018

The final deadline for 8th grade yearbook ads is December 15th. Parents and students in 8th grade who would like a personal ad in the yearbook this year need to think about it early. The deadline has been moved up in order to make sure we have enough room in our final page count to accommodate all the ads.

It is a "self-serve" process this year, which is a double-edged sword. Parents will have way more options, and it eliminates student production errors. However, there is no room for late submissions. You can click on the yearbook banner on the right side of the home page to access the site. Please go to the article on our new Falcon News website for more details.
