6th Grade Camp Information

6th Grade Camp at Camp Cuyamaca is coming up the week of May 4, 2015 - May 8, 2015.  Please visit the link below for additional information about the Outdoor Education Program (SDCOE) at Camp Cuyamaca, important forms and FAQ.

High School Course Selection

Course Selection for both high schools are open.  

Carlsbad High School selections are to be brought with you to your 9th Grade Orientation session.  Sessions are dependent on your last name and are either March 4th or March 5th, click on the Guidance page for more information.  If you cannot attend your session, course selection sheets are to be turned into the Counseling Office by March 27th.

Sage Creek High School students meet with their counselor by choosing a time and night (March 9, 10 or 12), sign ups are located under "Quick Links for Incoming 9th graders".  Each time slot is limited so choose early.  Course selection forms can be found on their website.  If you cannot attend a session, course selection sheets are to be turned into the Counseling Office by April 1st.

All incoming 9th grade students make their High School selection on AERIES portal located on the webpage of both high schools.

8th Grade End of Year Activities

AOMS has exciting end-of-year activities coming up for 8th grade students, as well as opportunities for parents to volunteer as well.

AOMS 8th grade parents are requested to respond by returning the end-of-year activities permission slip to AOMS no later than March 27, 2015.

Information about end-of-year activities and permission slips can be downloaded HERE.

The attached flyer contains important information about the following end of the year activities that all 8th grade students are invited to attend:
  1. Friday, June 5, 2015:  Promotion Dinner, Dance and Arcade at The Crossings Golf Course (6-9pm)
  2. Tuesday, June 9, 2015:  Catered lunch and yearbook signing (11-1pm)
  3. Thursday, June 11, 2015:  Promotion Ceremony (9-10am)

Parent volunteers are also needed to hep with these three events.  Click HERE to volunteer.
